The garden will be part of the Gardeners' World 2 for 1 offer in 2025, as it has been since 2016. You MUST present your card on arrival at garden to get discount, sorry NO exceptions, as it's all money for charity.
Gardeners' World card NOT valid for groups of visitors, just single visitors, couples and pairs of friends (4). All monies go to charity. |

The garden is located right on the 12 & 12a bus routes from Brighton or Eastbourne, alighting at Bishopstone Rd stop, so you can leave the car at home and come by bus! Alternatively, we are a short walk from Bishopstone railway station.

There will be local artist's work that will be on sale in the garden too.

Open from 1st June until 3rd August 2025 for private visitors, from 1 to 20, at a cost of £6.00 each. If you wish to have a talk by garden owner included, a further £2.50 each, refreshments extra. Cakes £3.50 a portion and beverages £2.50
All 2020 cake choices will be posted next year.
All monies from private visits go to Macmillan Cancer Support for whom we have raised £120,000. If booked via NGS then monies go to the scheme.

All National Garden Scheme visitors wishing to visit the garden in 2025 will have to book a private visit on any date, from 1st June to 3rd August costing £6.00, by contacting Geoff Stonebanks direct by email or calling 01323 899296. Cakes £3.50 a portion and beverages £2.50
I am available to provide 2 different talks on the garden. The first "From City Courtyard to Seaside Sanctuary"(the story of my move from London and creating Driftwood and the charity fundraising). The second, " Gardening By The Sea"
Sally and the Patcham Gardening Network Committee said: "Thank you for an enlightening and inspiring talk. Lots of great feedback from our members and great ideas to take forward. We shall definitely be looking to book a visit this year." January 2024.

It certainly demonstrated that you have never let the garden stand still and how much time and hard work has been involved in keeping a garden as one which people will keep coming back to. You certainly should be congratulated for all you work for charity and in getting others in the area involved in opening their gardens!
